Hungary Etias as a country is in danger of joining the European Union (EU) in exactly two years. And as a founding member nation of the EU, the collapse of which would render the Budapest government illegitimate and induce it to reapply for membership would be unacceptable to the huge numbers of people who have chosen to follow the path of liberty and democracy. Therefore, the possibility of the Hungarians being able to apply for visa freedom within the European Union is very attractive to millions of possible immigrants from all over the globe.
But this is not to say that Hungary, as a nation, would have the ability to join the euro without the essential condition of reciprocity from other EU member countries. As of now, there are just three countries within the EU that allows for the free movement of individuals within its territory: Ireland, Malta and Cyprus. Another eleven member states to demand an applicant to acquire visa authorisation from them before they could travel to another country for up to three weeks.
This is why it is now necessary for the EU to give its citizens visa authorisation to travel abroad even if they are not qualified for a visa. In order for a person to qualify for visa liberty, they have to fulfil one or more of the following ailments. They must be a permanent resident of the host nation; they have to have been lawfully admitted for twelve consecutive months by a competent jurisdiction; they must have obtained the right of permanent residence via the Europe Visa Program. But nobody applying for a Hungarian visa under these circumstances will be permitted to pay a visit to Hungary throughout the timeframe of the conditional visa-free entry.
And so it's for Hungary - an independent country and member of the European Union. Hungary can't join the European Union on the basis of one state only: full and complete retrieval of its broken political system. It cannot be a restored country until it's fully overcome the catastrophe, unless and until it comes to be accepted as a prosperous member of the European Union. And that's the reason the quota system for improvement is totally necessary for Hungary to become a successful member of the European Union (in other words, to attain the long-term free movement of persons inside the internal borders of their nation ).
In recent years ahead, as long as it's a democratic state with a vibrant economy (which is looking quite well nowadays ), the nation will remain a top partner in the common European targets for enlargement. And this is the reason the leaders of the European Union, at a recent convention in Budapest, raised the issue of Hungary's membership at the trade group of the European Union (the so-called"Malta Procedure"). But the problem was brought up again (following the arrest of this fundamentally corrupt Prime Minister of Hungary), when the President of the European Commission, Mr. Jean-Pierre Coaches visited Hungary to get a week-period. When Coaches discussed the future of the nation, he also included the name of Hungary among the states that couldn't receive the necessary visa from the years ahead. This time, Mr. Coaches highlighted the value of Hungary being prepared for the"Malta Procedure" - i.e. the enlargement process.
As a matter of truth, Hungary was granted the necessary third examination mark from the European Commission for its compliance with all the rules on the free movement of persons within the Schengen area, after the recent migration crisis. And the Commission has granted the go-ahead for the country to be able to implement the necessary measures for Hungary to become an experienced state for obtaining the Schengen visa list. For this, Hungary needs to fulfil the condition of providing a substantial number of people (out of approximately 3.000 individuals ) who are eligible for the Schengen visa. And the last but not least, the Hungarian authorities have to provide the necessary co-authorisation for the visa program from the outside community.
